Gotherington Cricket Club 2009

Welcome to Gotherington cc.
We have taken delivery of a new practice facility called the "Radford EZYNET" which was installed in early June. This will mean good quality practice facilities available adjacent to the square and on a practice area using new matting. This has been a large outlay and sponsors/donations are always welcome to ensure we can keep moving forward.
The club would like to say a huge "Thank you" to local firm New and Tilley builders who gave their time and expertise free taking considerable time and effort to make the installation possible.
The 2009 fixture list contains 22 games at senior level as well as full league and cup fixtures for u13 and u15 alongside some under 11 friendlies.Tour is to Devon 5th and 6th September.

We now have new changing and hot shower facilities as well as storage for machinery which should enable us to maintain the wicket to the good standard achieved in 2007 and 2008 .Volunteers for help with the pitch always welcome.
Tour to Devon , sunshine and runs aplenty.
2008 saw 6 senior games cancelled due to the weather and 2 rained off in mid match. The U15 side made up of u12 u13 and u14 players reached the cup final and gave Cheltenham A a good run for their money

AGM
